Sub $200 mini projector for pc that will be ok to use in small amount of daylight?

i'm looking for a decent pocket sized projector (or fairly small). Pico style perfered but with a bright LED. I will be using it for a computer screen in a net cafe in the Philippines. A lot of light will be blocked out with the desk partition. I just want the best I can get for under 200.
