Why are fleas crawling on me but not my pets?

So we did a rampant treatment for fleas in my place, and got rid of what I thought to be all of them. The cats have super flea meds on them. I know that there may still be eggs in places the cats go but I cannot reach. However, I found a flea crawling through my hair today. When I crunched it with my fingers, it had blood in it. Is this thing feasting off me now? My cats haven't been scratching, and I comb them with a lice comb (for heavier combing, doesn't miss things like a flea comb) to find nothing. I don't think they are biting me, because they used to bite me around the ankles and I don't feel as though they have in my hair. Any ideas? The only reason I knew there was one there to begin with is because I felt something crawling up my neck and insta-nabbed it.
