Why do some bars/restaurants card me at noon?

Dude. It's federal law that they ID everyone who orders alcohol. As a side note it is company policy at a lot of places to ID people who walk in. Whether they are ordering alcohol or not. But on top of all of this was it that big of a deal to pull out your wallet show your id and put it back? Takes about ten seconds. Don't be a douche.
