Ball Python lighting Help?

i have a baby ball pyhon and i bought this 15Watt Sun Glo Neodymium Daylight Lamp and she is in a 10 gal tank. is this enough light for her? will it be able to fill the tank with heat? i just want to make sure this light is O.K.
