Tiny little red spots on cheeks/under eyes?

I'm really scared because I used to have cystic acne which hasn't returned for 2 years but I don't think it's to do with that.. I've been laid in bed crying for 4 days none stop after suffering a heartbreak and this is the first time I've seen myself in broad daylight and I noticed literally hundreds help!! What are they?
