I can't sleep at night. I can be so exhausted and still can't sleep. I can stay awake for 2 days just to try to fall asleep at night and still can't. I can't fall asleep until daylight. Its so frustrating to lay In bed while my hubby and kids are all asleep while I'm wide awake wishing I was sleeping. What can I do to help besides reading and taking sleeping pills. Oh and I have tried warm milk with honey. It was gross and did not help. Lol any advice?
