Why did Obama cause the Blackhawk helicopter to crash during the raid?

I love how you guys on the right have been playing this game of who gets the credit. Lemme see according to you guys Bush gets the credit for the kill, because of his "policies"? But, he gets none of the blame on the economy, or anything else that occurred or was implemented during his 8 years. And then again all we've heard since Obama took office in 2009, is things like "it's his mess now", "it's his wars now", etc. So if you guys pay any attention to the things you have said over the last two years about nothing being Bush's fault, since he's not president anymore, credit would to the Obama administration for bringing Bin Laden down, since he is the current president and the wars are his now. Please show me how I'm wrong.
