I got jumped earlier today.. Help?

I got jumped in broad daylight by three guys.. They asked me for my money and I told them I didn't have anything valuble on me and i didn't but they beat me up anyway. This was just half an hour ago :/ what do I do about this? I got a bang to the head and my eye is bashes
